Are you a panelist?  Once you log into the system you will see a button for "My Panels" above.

Offers & Awards:

  • Your applications that have been recommended for funding are listed under "My Offers."  NOTE:  your access to the MY OFFER record will be turned off in REACH while documents are undergoing Grants Office review. You will receive an email notification from REACH when the award is issued or if additional information is needed.
  • Your grants and cooperative agreements awarded after October 1, 2017 are under "My Awards."  You will be notified by email when a new award is issued and REACH is opened for the award.

A Note about REACH User Accounts for Offers & Awards:  to ensure the integrity of communication and work flow, REACH accounts are assigned to individual participants and MUST NOT BE SHARED. REACH access will be deactivated if an account is used by someone other than the assigned participant.

If you need to add or change a staff member,

  • For Offers - use the Project Budget Form
  • For Awards - go to the Change Requests Tab for that award.

Email alert: Due to restrictions from the Department of Homeland Security we are not able to send emails to alias addresses that forward to another email account. Please do not enter this type of email address.
